As I drew in my head, and was turning around, Down the chimney St. Nicholas came with a bound. He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot, And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot; A bundle of toys he had flung on his back, And he looked like a peddler just opening his pack. His eyes—how they twinkled! his dimples, how merry! His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry! His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow, And the beard on his chin was as white as the snow; The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth, And the smoke, it encircled his head like a wreath; He had a broad face and a little round belly That shook when he laughed, like a bowl full of jelly. Today we are giving thanks for our amazing children, Mina, Eoin, Aryn, Paxton, Elijah, Ollie, Shelby & Artie. While the photo may be full of the kitty variety, and while our children may behave like animals a great deal of the time, they really are more than one handful, so it is a good thing we have multiple sets of hands.
With all these paws and claws, perhaps the Leather Livingroom Set from Noveny was not the best choice for family gatherings, but it is just too comfy to pass up, and the kitties all love the Cat Gym, also at the Noveny mainstore.
Be My Mannequin has our full hands covered with two different poses today. Fancy A Slice and Master of Puppets are both available at the mainstore. Very slight modifications were made to poses to adjust for wrist and neck angles.
Lilleth Mills has knocked it out of the part with the new Slashed set, available at the mainstore. Sets are sold by body and there are 3 color packs to choose from.

Recently we had a conversation with one of our SL sisters about decorating for the holidays, and we had to chuckle about how we have no patience for decorating in RL, but love doing it in SL. When it comes to holiday decor we have an attention span of about 2 weeks, unfortunately commercialism thinks it needs to shove every holiday down your throat 3 months before it gets here, so by the time the holiday actually comes around, you have zero desire to put it up, only to have to take it all back down again in 2 weeks.
Thankfully in SL, decorating and redecorating is as easy as a click of the mouse, and an inventory search for keywords, or if you have a Kait, just find the appropriately named holiday folder in your #Seasonal Decor folder.
I was so excited to see the Kendrick Cabin from The Green Door for TLC. You can pick it up yourself at TLC from October 18th – November 10th. The Kendrick Cabin is a cozy wood cabin with one bedroom, a kitchen/dining area, living area and bathroom. Features the home control system for security and texture change. Only 80 LI, copy/mod.
The cabin makes the perfect rural home for this InkMe Deads and Ghosts set which you can pick up at Halloweentown. The set comes with gravestones, floating ghosts, hanging skeletons, covered bodies, a giant skull and jack-o-lanterns. While you are over at Halloweentown, be sure and check out all of the other spooky holiday items, as well as seasonal fall items too.
